Super Hotel O Ujjain Near Hari Fatak

Hotel is "Anant Villa" first of all I booked it through Make My Trip app, where they have showed hotel name is "Supar Hotel O" when I reached their as per map they said i have booked room in different place . Coz the address shown by MMT was of a different OYO hotel, booking was included breakfast but they refused to serve breakfast as they didn't have pantry. OYO/ Make My Trip scammed me.Very bad condition of room it was not clean floor .. very uncomfortable mattress. Blood stain on bedsheet, pillow covers and blanket were not cleaned, Room full of mosquitoes. No soup/ handwash in toilet. No wifi . No basic amenities.. no towels.. no water bottle..

I stayed at one of the third-class hotels and never booked through the OYO app again because they were unhelpful. When I requested an early check-in, the staff didn't assist me, despite the fact that I was traveling with a child. When I finally entered the room after 12 pm, it was filthy and not cleaned at all--not even swept. Additionally, if you book a room through OYO, you won't find a review section, as it seems to be a complete business conspiracy. Property name is Anant villa not super O hotel. Pathetic experience with worst service. Don't go for it.

Worst possible experience. Room not cleaned, linen dirty, beds not made after previous guests left. Geyser not working, main door lock not working. When we created a scene, they told us that they will shift us to another room after 9 pm. I fail to understand how some people have rated it good.We feel cheated. Even Hotel outside board is missing. The board reads Anant Villa. Please please don't patronize this property.

Don't go for this hotel to bad condition the bed sheets were having small hairs bathroom was not having hand-wash .AC was not at all working as it was too old and when I asked for another room they said it was full. I went ac turned on and left for Mahakaleshwar corridor for 4 hours the ac was on 16 Celsius after that to the room temperature was 30 degree still NEVER COME TO ANANTA VILLAS UJJAIN the room conditions I posted

Pathetic service, AC is not working. Even after informing no one is there to attend or listen. The hotel owner is not available leaved hotel with 2 small immature kidz. Not ready to take the ownership, very bad service highly not recommend please don't visit this hotel at all.

Worst experience hotel with different name have extra cast for auto for serch, no soap, not cleaned, bed sheet dirty tv not working , curtain not avialabe during stay dring water avilabe after many request company service hotel worst experience

Oyo is a fraud company. They don't show real hotel names instead showing hotels o blah blah. This hotel was the worst. Gutter. If you are planning to book a better stay at the station at least you will get some fresh air without a gutter smell. The room smells like a gutter. No lock in bathroom. Ac not working . We reached the hotel at 9 pm and left within 30 minutes otherwise we had to hospitalise. Oyo support is also worse They just play call call and email . After 3 hours of wasting time they were told to shift to a new hotel. The hotel owner is the worst} disconnect call if you want to talk to him. Rooms are Dirt like a government bus stand. Bedding and towels are dirty with a lot of marks . See pictures. Never trust oyo just making money with the worst service. Also, cockroaches and bugs welcome you in bed.

Very poor management, where do I start from, nothing is ok at all. 1. Door lock broken, can't go out for darshan leaving the room open 2.Not even able to put latch from inside the bathroom...so funny 3.Toilet seat cover completely detached from seat 4. Geyser not working, they said we will get from another occupants room everytime we need water to bathe 5. When we created scene and spoke to the owner, he refused to speak even. Later he spoke and said at 9 pm they will shift to another room. We are here only for this night, can't keep shifting 6. Bed was not made at all, old dirty sheets and pillow covers. We found the bedsheet completely crumpled with hair all around of the previous occupant. 7. Brooming,Mopping, dusting not done at all, they did it after we refused to stay and give poor rating. We stood outside the room for one hour almost getting water for bathing , cleaning etc Above all, carpenter was working in this small room to fix the lock 8. I could not even use washroom initially as 3 boys were working in the room and washroom couldn't be latched from inside. My husband stood outside tge washroom then I took bath but could not come out of washroom as carpenter work was on. 9. No basic toileteries given 10. We drove down from Chandigarh to have a divine experience, but couldn't even get basic rest or amenities to get ready and go to visit temples 11. It was difficult to locate the hotel as it has a different name here....Anand Villa.. don't know for what reason 12. We wasted a lot of time and energy coming in this hotel 13. Only one positive thing that staff is polite as of now, may be being on foot back situation.
