Solitaire Hotel & Resort

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The building is very old and poorly maintained. The washrooms were not clean at all, which was extremely unhygienic. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, which made it impossible to sleep. Insects were crawling around the room, including near the bed. The air conditioner in my room was not working properly. Despite informing the staff, they did not take any action to fix it. The landline phone in the room was also not functional. I had no way to contact reception without going all the way downstairs. This was very inconvenient during the night. The biggest issue was the noise from the neighboring rooms. Guests in the adjacent room were making noise all day and night. There was loud music, shouting, and banging on the walls. Hotel management did nothing to control the disturbance. I complained multiple times but they ignored it. It felt like the hotel had no rules or supervision. I couldn't sleep properly even for a single night. This completely ruined my trip. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Dust and stains were visible in many corners. Even the bedsheets didn't look freshly washed. There was a constant bad smell in the room. This hotel is not worth the money charged. I would strongly advise against staying here. Definitely not recommended for a peaceful or hygienic stay.

Private part hard DJ even at 10:30 pm will not let you sleep . If you are booking to sleep and visit temple fresh next morning don't book . No support even after requesting to slow down music or reduce bass

Rooms Are good. But not Maintained, even staff is rude with behavior no proper answer / Restaurant orders Are served in a. Hour [completely worst] , room Are not even hygiene , mosquito/ spiders are found in bed foul smell in room , and no proper answer from reception , or staff

A Grand Property, nice rooms. However, property needs maintenance. Rooms are big with great views. Restaurant I also huge still needs touch up. Food taste is good. Service is nice and quick. If planning a one day trip you can give it a chance.

The rooms were good. Bathroom/toilet needs improvement. (Side tiles of washbasin found damaged) Breakfast was awesome. ( We tried idli, masala dosa, paneer Paratha and tea ) Had a pleasant stay here.

Best place for the holiday season. Nice location and best service by hotel management......

A very horrible experience staying at this hotel. Saw cockroaches in the washroom and the room smelled like cigarettes. Do not rely on the pictures posted at all. Sad to see such a disappointment be sponsored by Madhya Pradesh tourism.

The rooms are ok but the bathrooms are absolutely dirty. There are black spots all over and very bad odour coming off. This smell infiltrates your room and when you come from out, your room is welcomed by a stomach churning smell. The restaurant is also a miss, with lot of items on the menu but falls short in taste and portion sizes!!!
