It was a fantastic stay We stayed there almost 3 times when we visited ujjain.rooms and the atmosphere was too clean.if u plan to visit ujjain and u r hygeine liked person pls stay here for best experience.

Service is very very poor, the staff , room service, catering is not at all trained .Gave us cold food in the party of 100 people. Waiters were applying butter on the bread with their fingers. Food was not good in taste as well.

The best hotel in ujjain. It is a relatively new property. Very clean and neat . The restaurant is absolutely recommended. Almost every orderable item is good. Their pharsaan and sweets shop on ground floor is a must try. If you plan to visit Indore after ujjain please don't wait to buy sweets from indore, I doubt whether indore has a good place like this one . Quality and tasty food.

Big positive: Rooms are spacious and staff was polite and helpful. They have sweet shop and restaurant attached with hotel. Food and sweet both are tasty. Big negative: Room requires maintenance on few walls.

WORST PLACE IN TOWN. RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF especially SHIVAM MAKWANA . Counter staff not cooperating after taking orders refusing to provide order. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS PLACE ANYTIME. Owner should look into the matter

Worst staff and poor quality food Mr shivam makwana counter staff do not complete order after taking and refuse to provide orders. Please do not visit this place anytime in UJJAIN. Worst service rude behavior or staff. Owner should look into the matter seriously otherwise this brand will not be renowned anytime in future!

The location is excellent. Rooms are a bit small but overall ok.

We stayed here for three days the services provided were excellent breakfast lunch and dinner was very nice
