It use to be a good place for dinning, but with expansion services are getting degraded day by day. Staff in restaurant is very rude especially in new Dussashara maidan shop. Response time is very long staff does not listen to costumers and if listen answers very rudely. Restaurant service staff needs behaviour training.

Third class service and bad attitude of server... waited for 24 mins, to be exact, to place an order to the server. Because the server was busy watching cricket matchel!!! Bro, go watch at home, na.. kaam karne aya hai toh kaam karo bhai free ka paisa kyu kha raha hai.... fresh lime soda was disgusting worse than ever we had on a stall (thela). The worst part of the experience was the service. May be all wouldn't be the same, but the one we had on our table was "Bewakuf No. 1). Bros attitude was on cloud 9 as if he is the owner there, who didn't care about anything, and the way of speaking was so rude and demeaning. Bhai angrezi nahi aati toh mat bol na apni udwana kyu!!! Anyways, I'm never gonna come back to this place... rather, i would prefer Sagar Gere or Apna sweets or even to the stalls at tower. DO NOT go to this place it's overhyped!!! Fine for sweets but not for the restaurant!

Idk for what restaurant is famous for! 1. Chinese bhel is mixed with panner and served. 2. Paneer tikka is being grilled with sarso oil. 3. A basic drink like lassi is flavoured. Worst taste. Idk what cooks are cooking here food or repo of the hotel.

I was in Ujjain for a biz meeting and in between the meeting decided to go to Shree Ganga sweets for a quick bite , it was dinner time . The restaurant was well lit and roomy . I asked the staff about their most served dish on the menu . He suggested the " Poori -aloo sabzi- raita plate . It was tasty , the service was quick and they were happy to give a refill without any extra charge .

Nice, spacious rooms with prompt service. The hotel offers easy access to local transportation like autos. The location is ideal if you're planning to visit Mahakal, Kal Bhairav, and Mangalnath Mandir. The only downside was that we were on the third floor while an engagement ceremony with loud music was happening on the second floor, making it difficult to sleep.

Services very bad,even after getting seats placed no one comes to tables and asks for orders.All waiters,supervisor are busily roaming in and around place and after repeated calls at counter waiters join in and rakes orders. After 1 hour or so some parts of prefer items arrives and waiters disappears.gor any additional orders to wait nearly an hour to place orders and deliver.pathetic service.Went twice and both times it was same as we experienced.Truly disgusting and bad experience in that hotel.

Shri Ganga second floor restaurant - The food was okay, nothing extraordinary. ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff making sure everything was perfect. The staff name Kajal was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. She anticipated our needs before we even asked, and every request was met with a smile. the service truly made this a memorable dining experience.

Huge and Clean Rooms. Excellent Restaurant 1949. Hotel Shree Ganga SMB is located 4km away from the Mahakaal Jyotirlinga Temple. But it's not a problem as there are Rickshaws standing outside the Hotel almost all the time. They have a secure and Big parking at the backside. The Rooms are HUGE and Spacious,Lit up very well. Rarely can we find hotel rooms with sufficient lights. The beds are comfortable. All the amenities are provided. The toilet were clean with all toiletries. The best part is the Restaurant 1949. They serve amazing food and the staff is super helpful. Just close to the hotel is a Khau Gully type market which starts in the evening. Lots of Stalls serving all types of Food.
