I checked into the hotel on the 19th. I had to visit Mahakal and Omkareshwar, so I left my luggage at the reception and informed the manager that I would return at night. I specifically requested that my room be made ready by then and that my luggage be placed in the room, so that everything would be in order when I returned and there would be no inconvenience. When I came back at 12:15 AM, only one room was ready, and the second AC deluxe room was neither ready nor did anyone seem aware of it. The night staff said that the morning staff didn't inform them, and in the morning, when I brought it up, I was told that the night staff should have handled it. Secondly, there was no tea/coffee maker in the room, even though it was mentioned as a facility in the AC deluxe room. The price difference between the two rooms was quite significant, but both rooms looked the same from the inside--so what was the benefit of paying more? In the kitchen, there was only one staff member cooking and one steward delivering the food. The service was extremely slow. This place needs a lot of improvement so that such a beautiful property, located at such a prime location, can be utilized to its full potential. It seems that because this is a government property, the staff is not paying proper attention to service and maintenance.

Infrastructure is good. Though it is old architect but really attractive. Need to improve some repairing work related to AC standards room: the front door, kitchen ( cooler tap) , In reception area the switch and fan regulator, sofa or chair cover , need repairs AC or replaced. Location is So nice and peaceful outside the main city area. Food is awesome, nice quality if you want to replace some crockery than good otherwise okay. Delux room is spacious. Improve AC standards. Prices is affordable and low compared to others. Otherwise everything fine nice stay for me. Your manager is so nice and very cooperative. Durgeswariji is very nice person. She upgraded my room from AC standards to Deluxe. Kitchen staff is also good.

Property is good and specious near market area however badly maintained. Only fixed 2-3 items available in breakfast lunch or in dinner. Need to improve in food options and need some renovation work.. Food taste is good.. but very limited options available. AC Deluxe room are good and specious.

Own by M P state government hotel, so nothing perfect. Better options available in other hotels nearly. No room cleaning, till you tell them. No changing of linen, no toiletries, breakfast timing also not flexible. TV for entertainment TV are place of old model almost 20 years old, so one can understand standard of rooms.

Quite and calm location. Spacious but not well maintained rooms needs maintenance on high priority. P S - Needs to control mosquitoes as room was full of mosquitoes to welcome us.

Well equipped rooms for stay and yeah clean delux rooms, Online reviews were fake as we had a pretty decent stay at the MPT Avantika. All staff are always available and having utmost preference to serve us. Hotel has a dedicated play area for kids.

Near to bus stand , rooms are goid and dormitory bed are very good. Foods not available on time due to lack of staff. 9verall good stay

Nice place with an affordable price. Big rooms, ample space for parking, children's gardens. Near Nanakheda bus stop. Good service.
