Hotel Sur

Exceptional service! The place was spotless, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and their guidance was spot-on. Loved the complimentary water bottles and the well-equipped bathroom with 24-hour hot water (no geyser needed). A special shoutout to Khushi for her outstanding behavior--it truly added to the experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ujjain!

Hotel Sur is a very well maintained and excellent hotel - I had stayed there 2-3 times during the last three months owing to multiple business visits. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is connected to all important venues nearby. The lady reception manager, Ms Khushi (?) - who is there during day time, was very patient in adjusting the room availability to our arrival time. Same was the case with the people who were present in the evening - very helpful . The hotel doesnt have an attached restaurant, but food gets delivered fast when ordered from outside, and one can also have delicious food at many places within a walking distance all around.

I'm very happy with my stay for 2 nights in Hotel Sur. Every single person in the hotel were very friendly & accommodating to anything we ask. Rooms were very clean & they also helped in changing towels when we asked. Yashraj Sir was extremely helpful. We found our stay to be relaxed because of all the nice staff. I will surely stay here next time I visit Ujjain. Thank you everyone for giving us a memorable experience.

I booked this hotel for my family and they loved the room..it was very good, clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean and big. The rooms that they offer in this low price is what no other hotels in ujjain can provide in 5-6k price range. I would definitely recommend this if you're travelling with your family.

Overall it's a good hotel to stay for family. We stayed on the second floor, and the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. They don't have in-house restaurant but can arrange food by room service from their restaurant nearby. Quality of food is also good.

Hotel stay was very pleasant. The interior of the Hotel is New and very well Designed. The Location of the hotel is very good. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. This was my first visit to ujjain and hotel gave my family good comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sur, Ujjain. The hotel's prime location makes it easy to visit Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga and other attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, ensuring a comfortable experience. Though there's no in-house restaurant, plenty of great dining options are nearby. The service and hospitality exceeded my expectations, making my stay pleasant and hassle-free.
