Worst behaviour of the staff and manager. There was Slight delay in check out and the staff entered the room abruptly knowing family is inside......no manner and common sense is present. While the topic was confronted to manager he defended the staff saying useless things like there was delay in checkout .....and the most ridiculous thing is half an hour before going back to the room ....we had dinner in their restraunt only.....and they were declaring no prior information provided regarding checkout timings.

Absolutely disgusting staff and management with absolutely no values and respect for their customers. It's only the location which is earning them some naive customers. Worst experience ever

This hotel is worst in providing services, not maintaining proper hygiene, not giving respect to customer and the behaviour of owner and staff is so rude and disgusting please do not visit it ever.

Worst service please do not ever go to this place for take a food or rooms Staff and owner both are very rude for behaviour Not good for family.

It was pleasure having lunch at rudraksha restaurant and resorts at ujjain Road. The ambience is cosy with wooden furniture giving it plush feeling. Lunch was by far the best I have taken on this road. It is economical as 5 of us taken veg lunch and coated only 1300 rupees. Biryani I would like to recommend. The staff was very cooperative. I would recommend all the travellers to visit this place in monsoon season especially.

Absolutely pathetic services. And the manager is highly rude and also uses abusive languages with the tourists. If possible I would have given him 0 star. I recommend that do not go in this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been too. They wont allow you to enter incase you have booked online and are not carrying the printout of the voucher. Their behaviour would as be as if you are their to steal them. Room are really untidy & stinky. Their bedding are also pathetic. Washrooms are not clean nor they have exhaust fans. They suddenly switched off my AC, stating I have booked economy room. Then I had to again show them the voucher and convince them about the AC room. In all, never go to this place.

Oh god, the staff need training. Fokd was gokd but then the service was taking forever. They didn't had bisleri bottle... no cold drink, we had to arrange water from outside by ourselves.Place is good and food too
