Hotel shreegopal

I stayed here for three days. And it's was a very good experience and rooms were clean. Hot water was also available and more importantly very near by to mahakal mandir. And also on a walking distance of railway station. Overall a good experience and friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shree Gopal! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing time. This hotel is in a good location near by mahakal temple easy to reach , close to everything we wanted to see and ujjain markit is also close . The rooms were comfortable, quiet and fill with facilities like Ac and clean bathrooms self making tea and coffee arrangements as well as the service was also good . We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Delux room was small and very basic.. toilet was so bad where water get stuck on the floor all the time..leakage in its ceiling where water was falling on your head and body from upper floor toilet.. so small that door was hitting the commode and no space for bath.. 2200 was the offline charge even 1500 MakeMyTrip charge was too high for this worst experience.. and ya AC room has AC but in off state all the time.. no remote or switch to turn on it.. Only good part was staff behaviour and service but definitely bad experience from room number 306.. no idea about other rooms.

I'm deeply grateful for the exceptional care shown to my parents! Room is very small . cleanliness is average . Bathroom is also very small. Staff members are not so good because while talking with them they are chewing pan in mouth ..it's looks unprofessional and unheigene ..
