Such a pathetic service,don't have humanity neither have sence of talking..my mother and aunty all are aged had a stay their in the hotel and due to delay in the travel (travelled with other companions in the bus.all the passenger were ladies and aged as well) they reached in the hotel little late in night. In the morning they all went to the mandir around 5 :30 and came back around 7olk and thought of to have rest for few hours but at 9olk hotel staff switch off the AC of the room and asked to do check out .. my mother requested him kindly wait for 2 hours we will checkout by 11:30 -12pm very humbly ask they are very tired but the hotel staff specially reception started argument with them. My mother called me and told everything then I called the hotel and very politely I asked them please they all are old give them 2 hrs to resy then they will do check out because after that they will leave for delhi but they started arguments and gave nonsense excuses and cutoff the call. They don't have humanity even they working in Mahakal ki nagri per dar nahi hai unka, apni insaaniyat kho chuke hai yahna k log

The only perk is it is walkable distance from Mahakal Mandir. Else washroom smelled Rooms were dirty Curtains torn Linen not clean And all this at a very high price

Rooms are very dirty and pathetic Bedsheet are dirty. Staff are very rude and for one work you have to wait for 3 hours to get it done inspite of regular follow-up.

Worst experience... rooms are congested and having bad smell. Bedsheet, mattress, towels are too dirty, Rooms door and locks are not working properly.

One of the best hotel in this area. * Rooms are clean and enough space. * Quality of bed, pillow is also good. * Bathroom is also clean with both warm and cold water option. * Location is close with the Temple gate. * Food taste was decent in the restaurant of hotel. * Staff behaviour was perfect, one of the guy named (Abhishek) was very helpful and serviceable. Overall it was a good hotel and you can comfortably stay here. Only if you want temple near you otherwise this hotel is very inside, about 1-1.5km inside from the main road.

Clean room polite staff good place to stay.

They have cheated us in room for Rs. 3000 . They promise to give complementary tea but not given. Whatever they have promise while booking the hotel they have not fulfill when arrive to hotel even we provided recorded audio of our conversation. They start arguing with us. Hardly recommend not to go to this hotel

Excellent, Rooms,service, behaviour all is excellent.
