Hotel Shikhar Inn

I have a very bad experience in the hotel Shikhar inn. The receptionist is very rude. The room is dirty.The Air Conditioner don't work properly. The Television is not in working position .There is no lift.The washroom is not clean at all.There is Cockroach in the room.After so many requests to the room staff they come to clean the room.

The hotel is situated very near to the Harsidhhi Temple and the entrance to Mahakal Temple. The rooms are newly furnished and washrooms are well equipped. The location is biggest USP of this Hotel. The staff is cooperative and supportive. All the main attractions are at walking distance. Parking is also available. The nearby shops of breakfast is good and is infront of Chardham Mandir. The mode of movement like auto, e-rickshaw are available just infront of the hotel. Mahakal lok entrance is also very easy accessible from hotel

I had a very bad experience with this hotel service. When we reached they told room is not available as other guests hadn't vacated yet though we had already booked it online and their receptionist Pooja was quite rude. They provided room in other place(Laxmi palace) where room was in pathetic condition. I couldn't argue more with them as I was already tired and needed a place to lie down. Bathroom was very dirty and flush wasn't working. Bed covers wer dirty, windows weren't cleaned. And most importantly room was in 4th floor and loft service was also not available. Overall stay was not good and I would like to give 0 star to their service.

I recently stayed at Hotel Shikhar Inn in Ujjain. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple, making it easy for visitors. However, the cleanliness was not up to the mark, which was disappointing. While the location is a big advantage, the hotel could improve its hygiene and maintenance for a better experience

It was a good stay, perfect location and perfect place to have breakfast just in front of hotel. Overall good staff is Cooperative and supportive.

The worst hotel for stay in area the washroom is too dirty room is too conjusted to stay and services is too bad I highly do not recommended to stay in this hotel The review are truly false The hotel staff force to write good review
