Hotel Satyug Inn

Hotel is good. Rooms are good as shown in the picture. Food is very good. Very near to mahakal temple. But located in a nerrow lane. Have its own parking. So u can park your car there and roam in auto. Market is really near so can access every thing u needed.

This hotel is just at walking distance from Mahakaleshwar temple and Harsiddhi Mata temple Room were good, we got clean bed, towel even shampoo and shower gel. Overall it was a nice experience !! Recommend to visit here once if you are travelling to Ujjain with your family or friends

"Decent Stay but Not Worth the Price" We stayed at Hotel Satyug Inn for 3 days and 2 nights, and while the hotel tried to maintain standard star-rated facilities, the experience was mixed. The location is great, just 400 meters from Sri Mahakaleshwar Mandir and centrally placed for visiting other famous temples. However, the rooms were very small and congested, lacking even a basic table and chairs. The bathroom was decent, but the door bolt needed adjustment. Bed linens were acceptable, but the towels were not up to the mark, and the room walls were poorly maintained. On the positive side, the staff was polite and cooperative, and the hotel has a restaurant with room service available. Overall, despite the convenient location and good service, the stay did not feel worth the price paid.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Management and Zero Security My family and I visited Ujjain to seek blessings at the Mahakal Temple, but our trip turned into a nightmare due to our stay at Satyug Inn. The hotel has zero security and very poor management. Shockingly, they handed over our luggage to another customer due to their carelessness. When we asked for our luggage, we were told it would be returned after one day--but we had our train scheduled for the same day. Despite it being entirely their fault, the hotel didn't even offer us a room to stay or compensate us in any way. We had to spend an additional 15,000 on another hotel at the last minute because of their negligence. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ujjain. Think twice before booking Satyug Inn.

Worst experience at satyug inn ujjain hotel..sharing my honest experience.. 1.rooms are very very small 2.A.C. not at all functioning..we had to shift rooms for this issue but other room ac was also not functioning 3.gst taxes on every thing like even tea coffee 4.entrance is attractive so hotel looks premium but all services are below average.. 5.we paid 2200/ night but the experience was horrible... 6.no cleanliness..mattresses were super dirty and stained...

Highly Disappointing Experience - Serious Lapses in Security and Management I recently visited Ujjain with my family to seek blessings at the Mahakal Temple. Unfortunately, our experience was severely impacted by the poor service and mismanagement at Satyug Inn. The hotel demonstrated a complete lack of security and accountability. Due to their negligence, our luggage was mistakenly handed over to another guest. When we raised the issue, the staff informed us that the luggage would be returned after one day--however, we had a train scheduled for the same evening, making this unacceptable. To make matters worse, despite this being entirely the hotel's fault, they refused to provide us accommodation or any form of assistance, forcing us to make alternate arrangements at the last minute. As a result, we incurred an additional expense of approximately 15,000. I strongly urge future travelers to exercise caution before booking this hotel. Such carelessness and lack of customer support are deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

Small rooms but neat and clean. Good service. Very close to Mahakal Temple. Food is also good here. Very nice staff.

Nice hotel with excellent food. Room with 4 bed was outstanding but 2 bed deluxe room was quite small and bathroom was also very small.Hotel staff very cooperative.
