Everything is good-rooms.cleenness-staff-location-- But never book with Break-fast -no facility of food-not in-house restaurant- taking much times to serve- Break-fast served us was not fresh. we had lost/skipped its due to non-hygienic items..2.never book by any agent ,the difference is 1000 per day..Book direct by call.only 2800 with BF.

I would have given minus points if possible. Rooms were not ready and were not clean. Customer service was poor. For the price it is not worth it. They need to learn how to clean and some day purchase new inventory. There are plenty of good hotels nearby.

I stayed here for 2 days from Check In: 12th August, Check out: 14th August. We booked 8 rooms. Prices seems OK at first instant. But then, no service at all, Bathing water was containing sand, literally "Keechad ka paani" and owner said "Sir, naha lo, paani harmful ni h". Seriously, harmful nh h, so we should bath with keechad? No service, I had dinner, Firstly, Pathetic cutlery, seems like atleast 4-5 years old, cracked and dirty. Then, Someone cleaned room and put those cutlery in front of room over a table in corridor, that stayed there for next 2 days till we exited. We arranged an auto to explore Ujjain, and reception guy confirmed that person will come at 8 in the morning. We waited at reception with packed bags, all kids, family for 3 hrs, then he denied "sir vo nh aa rh, aap apne aap dekh lo". Wow! We came back late at night and found rooms were cleaned but additional mattresses were absent and we were not in position to ask for it at 11 PM, so we just adjusted. And on top of that, even while we exited, they were OK as if this was a routine nature for them. Pathetic, worst life experience

Good stay The rooms of this boutique hotel are very comfortable and classy. The color theme is very nice. Ambience is wow,staff is courteous,breakfast served was just perfect.

Good staff. Rooms need some repair/renovation. Still fine for 1-2 days stay. Book directly instead of travel sites for better price.

This is the worst place to stay in Ujjain. The linens were very dirty. The curtains were ripped up. Washroom was a mess. Unhygienic place. There was a huge hole in the ceiling. Never ever stay in this hotel. I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. Utterly disappointed.
