Hotel pratikalpa

The area and location is very good. Easy to reach to hotel without hesitation. But, This is a newly constructed hotel so rooms are not that clean, it should be cleaned on the floor. There is no chair to stool to sit in my family suite room, so I asked the reception desk to put 1 chair. It should be placed before my check in. There are no hangers in the cupboard. The dental kit was provided after my request. No Shampoo, No Body wash,No comb, No hair oil Nothing is provided. so as per my suggestion, the hotel will focus on that particular area just because of the price comparison with others. with this visit i feel it's not worthy for me.

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with my family, and here are my thoughts: Pros: The 4-occupancy rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The daytime staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: The 3-occupancy rooms only offer a double bed and a mattress instead of single beds. Room service is poor. The night staff is unprofessional, engaging in loud arguments and shouting at 3:00 am when we requested a room change due to unsatisfactory accommodations. We booked 3-occupancy rooms but were given a double bed and a mattress. When we requested a 2-occupancy room instead, they were rude and uncooperative. Even the owner was dismissive, boasting about political connections and suggesting we take our complaints to the nearby police station. Cleaning was not timely, and the entire floor was messy due to staff disputes. The prices are high compared to the quality and condition of the hotel. Overall: This is a new hotel that needs significant improvements in hotel management and guest services. There are no nearby food outlets, although the railway station is conveniently located 1 km away

2 star for pathetic service. First on billing counter. We had a deal of 2200 per night. I gave person 2500 and that person kept complete amount saying we had a deal of 2500 not 2200. After soo much talk again they agreed for 2200. Then room service seriously bad they don't have kitchen or restaurant in hotel to serve food and they don't allow food from any restaurant only from the restaurant they had a tie up and their food it pathetic. Only good thing room and washroom

Magnificent property. Best stay for solo. Friends family. And corporate. Nice food and service easy transportation available for every visit places. Near mahankal temple. And railway station & bus stand. Luxury room.

I really liked the hotel, clean, the bed is clean, the only thing is that one large blanket for two is not much uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly, responsive, kind-hearted.

Stayed here with my family, and we had a great experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with spacious rooms and safe surroundings. The staff was extremely accommodating to our children's needs. I'd recommend it for families visiting Ujjain.
