The stay was comfortable and overall a pleasant experience. However, it would be better if the housekeeping team ensured thorough cleanliness before check-in, as we noticed a few spider webs in the room

Recently I stayed here for 3 days and trust me I had one of the best hotel experiences in Ujjain. Starting with the staff itself, very helpful and friendly. They have answers to every question you have regarding darshan. They also provide cab service if you want to visit Omkareshwar temple. Also they provide Darshan for Mahakal temple if you ask for it. Big thanks to Rhitik ( the owner ) who made us feel like home. Amazing rooms be it Double bed or Premium deluxe or suite. Do call them and book if possible for discounts on the number mentioned.

Best Hotel if you are looking for the best experience, hotel staff's are really good ,helpful and polite. It felt like a family to be there ,great interior ,hygiene, everything is top notch,we are taking back lots of good memories. It's very near to the temple and a very famous shree ganga restaurant They were quite helpful for us helping with Mahakal & omkareshwar temple visit as well.

They mentioned on every platform as Breakfast as complimentary but we had to remind them to serve breakfast. If you are not enough lucky, even they will update you as Sorry because of breakfast was finished.. Also, rooms doesn't have any wardrobe or atleast there is no hangers to hang your clothes, I don't know how to dry out bathing towel when you take bath.

The ambiance of hotel is really good and staff behaviour was pretty good as well. Hygiene was maintained, rooms are very clean and premium. I recommend you to stay in hotel nainas palace.
