Good location. Comfortable room. Food was good quality and quantity both. Cleanliness can be improved. Hot water available all time. People are good. Good for ladies and families at value for money budget stay.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Due to an issue during the booking process, the same guest (myself) ended up with two bookings for the same dates. They were completely uncooperative when I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and request a cancellation for one of the bookings.||Instead of trying to understand the issue or offering a solution, the staff was rude and dismissive. They made no effort to show empathy or flexibility, even though it was clear that the duplicate booking was a mistake. Their attitude was unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation much worse.||This lack of basic customer service and understanding is unacceptable for any business, let alone a hotel where guest satisfaction should be a priority. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel and look elsewhere for accommodation

The hotel is located just opposite Ujjain Railway Station, making it accessible in less than a minute. The rooms and toilets are clean and well-maintained, offering great value for the price of 1500 per day. Additionally, the food served is tasty.

We stayed for 2 Days, Hotel room was good and budget friendly. Also the staffs are very pleasant and they help you to guide the places of visit and they also have e-rickshaws and cab facility for the tour. They offer customise packages as well.

Amazingly placed hotel just in front of railway station. Deepak was host and accomodated us very well. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Hotel staff is very polite and helped us through our travel personally.

Great place to stay near ujjain railway station. Mahakal temple is also nearby. The staff as well as the owners are very cooperative and will do everything to make the guests feel comfortable. Place has a restaurant as well that serves fresh hygenic food.
