Hotel Barsana Palace near Mahakal temple

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location was excellent--central and close to key attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were polite and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious and comfortable

Stayed here for 2 night with family. Room was neat & clean. Can easily adjust 3 people. Washroom was also clean with 24 hours running hot and cold water. Normally budget hotels do not have such clean rooms but Barsana Palace hotel room was really clean and value for money. No bad odor, no mosquitos, no dust problem, ventilated rooms. I faced no problem there and recommend everyone who need a basic yet clean hotel. Best Thing was that prior to booking I had called Owner / Manager of the hotel Mr. Himanshu Solanki for early check in morning at 5.30 am. and he arranged that without any additional charge. My Room was at second floor and the hotel does not have lift but this was also clearly told to me before booking and nothing was concealed. All major places such as Mahakal temple, Harsiddhi temple, Mahakal lok are within 1 km range from the hotel so not so far. overall it was a pleasant stay here. special thanks to Himanshu ji.

I stayed there for 3 days.. and had a joyful experience there . The owner and the staff members were very helpful , polite and good communication skills. The washroom was clean with 24 hour running cold and hot water. Also tea , milk and cold water bottle available for 24 hours you can order anytime ... The best part was it is on the walkable distance with Mahakaal Temple. Thank you for helping us ... We had a great time there

I stayed here for 2 days, and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is walkable to the temple corridor, plenty of autos are available too. The owners and staff were very helpful and polite. I was satisfied with the cleanliness. Tea, coffee and water were easily available. Food had to be ordered from outside. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very Nice hotel to stay. Ambience good. Room does not have enough space to move around. Other than this all facilities are good.

This hotel provides a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, the beds are neat and clean, and comfortable. The staff are kind and polite. Its location near the famous Mahakal Temple is a huge plus. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It's an amazing experience staying here. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the best part is the great location with lots of good places to visit and eat. Most importantly, it's very close to the Ujjain Mahakal Temple within walking distance! The staff and owner are also very cordial and well-mannered. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Ujjain.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. 1. Room cleanliness: The room was okay okay and not maintained properly. We had to request clean bed sheet immediately after checking in. 2. Treatment of guests: Despite being a family, the staff treated us poorly, as if we were college couples. This was disrespectful and very unprofessional. 3. Drainage issue: The drainage system in the hotel was terrible. Waterlogging made it difficult to move around, and carrying our large luggage bags became a huge hassle. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.
