Hotel Atlas Palace

Disappointed with the overall stay. Firstly, the rooms were in bad shape. Door locks were not working fine, toilet taps were leaking, room was dusty ( renovation in progress) and lots of mosquitoes for the company. Lastly no hot water when you are staying in winter.... Overheard waiters complain to the reception lady that we are complaining for long and ur not fixing it..We upgraded to deluxe and super deluxe as they looked slightly spacious and had these many issues. When complained to reception they promised a refund of extra charges for the deluxe and super deluxe if we call the owner at a certain number but nobody is replying.

Pathetic and nightmare experience ever. The location of the hotel is quite impressive, but the room is not as per the tariff , doors are broken, disruption for AC ,tv. Restaurant price was too expensive and the quantity of food is very much lesser. Some of the staff are good. Note: Think twice before booking this hotel.

Good hotel with very cooperative and helpful staff with reasonable charges. Located at the main road. They have good food too. Very good and polite behavior of the manager and housekeeping. They are always ready to help you, give you a quick itinerary, and can even help to get a taxi. We had a great stay there

Those who wrote bad reviews about Hotel Atlas Palace are really perfect reviews. Their service is pathetic, clearness is also bad. Their staffs behaviour also bad. Even reception person is also have bad behaviour. They having you including breakfast but you have only option bread Butter, paratha only.... In bread Butter you have to search for Butter...

Room service was very nice, clean neat and very tidy hotel, fresh food available, staff was very sincere and helpful.....

The hotel is pathetic. Paints are out, staffs don't care about customers. Once asked to clean the room then they just took our garbage and threw it outside the door and that's it. They are surprisingly dirty, smelly and don't care attitude. Only thing positive is near to station and near to Mahakal but then there are many many other options at same or better rate.

Rooms are full of bedbugs(proof in video). We couldn't sleep for 2 nights. Bathrooms are leaking Walls have spitting on it. We paid 1400 on spot booking where as online was 1000. Complete waste of money
