Hotel Ashray

We booked a banquet hall for a farewell event, the hall was better than expected, with proper air cooling and ventilation. There were wall to wall mirrors on one end of the hall which were great for taking pictures and added to the hall's size. There were sofas as well as proper seating arrangement as well with the overall as quite good. The DJ and the music was also good enough while the stage decoration was passable for our needs. However, the food or catering was not good at all. The taste was below average and the services of the staff was also less than satisfactory. Taking everything into account, it is a great place for a quick small event during summer. However food and staff services can be improved. Try to host the event during the evening for better aesthetics and vibe.

I had booking for night and I checkedin in the late night still the room was not clean it was smely so i changed the room and took the road side room. They made me wait for 15-20 minutes that too they did not offer anything, I had to ask upfrontly for water. They did not give dental kit and no slippers for room. Even at the time of checkout I asked for bill but they did not give. And in night it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. No water No sleepers No dental kit And that too a price of Rs2900 for hardly 8 hours.

We booked the hotel for our wedding, I am going to list below few pros and cons of this venue Pros - rooms are clean, food is nice Cons - service is worst, decoration was horrible, AC was not working in marriage hall, management is weak, food is costly so you should opt for nearby options. No value for money, so if u have budget of approx 3.50 lacs, go for a better option.

1. Attended a birthday party in Ashray. We where so much surprised with the ambience and hospitality culture. Rates are comparatively less with other hotels.staffs are so friendly and helpful Thank you dear Ashray team. The party halls and food are really fantastic..

Nice hotel to stay with family. Rooms are economic and clean. Nice party centre, Their party halls are royal, food is good and tasty. Staffs are friendly. Hotel location is very good. Parking space available.

The hotel is absolutely horrible based on the reviews it has received. When we entered the room we saw mold and bacteria on the surface of the bed. The service was also really slow and the hotel didn't priced basic equipment like a dental kit. Also when we entered the room we weren't provided water and glass. And the most unusual thing was that the hotels changed us for a ICE BUCKET. And then, when we first entered the room, we went to take a shower, and then we saw that the bucket was already used like it wasn't clean. I like the previous owners of the room. They had left the water and the staff hadn't clean it, and they just left it unattended and there was mold bacteria everything fungi, and everything on the bucket. Also, another review I would just like to give him that the staff management seriously like a course of how to actually do stuff management like like work for stuff and everything because they have it's just very unprofessionally.

Worst hotel with unprofessional reception staffs. They are behaving more like gang star. Beautiful combination of looters at reception. Giving fake GST bill with no GST number. Charges extra even after Tea also. Highly recommend BIG NO to this fraud Hotel.

Worst experience ever! They have an awful staff. The geysers and kettle don't work, and despite complaints, they didn't bother to fix them. They initially said that the breakfast was complimentary, but later asked to pay for it when we checked out. They also allowed drunk people to sleep in the hallway and it created nuisance for everyone who booked rooms there. When we gave them feedback, they laughed it off and were outrightly rude.
