Hotel Apple palace

One of the worst hotel cum chawl room. I booked it for family but room size is not even suitable for couple . Below are the major issues. 1. Almirah is not available in room, so you have to keep your luggage on floor. 2. Basic things like hot water cattle, bathroom slippers are not provided by hotel. 3.Room service is worst, cleaning is not good at all. 4. Room is full of Caterpillar and cockroach. 5. And best thing, they are charging like 3 star.

I have booked the room from my home which is in Uttarpradesh. I booked the room in this hotel and deposit 1000 rupees and unfortunately in my family someone is expired and I was unable to come in ujjain . I request this hotel employee that plz return my money bt he didn't return and bluddy owner saying that plz share the photo with hotel . seriously R u mad what r u saying. Why r u treated with people like that. Worst nature and property. He didn't return my money.

My last trip was in Ujjain and suddenly I discovered this hotel and I booked this hotel for the 2 days. Best experience ever about briefing this hotel the staff, location and the service. I'm referring you this hotel if you visit Ujjain Mahakaleshwar Mandir.

This Property and staff are totally fake.they are doing fraud with outer side passengers and bed behaviour. They are totally character less and rude behaviour and doing fraud with online booking.so plz don't go for this hotel plz

Good location ,near jay shree mahakal mandir & sevice and Room price acodin not bad .

Nice property, well maintained rooms clean washroom. Ac available. Near to mahakaal temple. Walking 5 mins from mahakaal chauraah.
