Best hotel to stay in ujjain for mahakal darshan ...great experience with staff . Very clean and comfortable rooms with all basic amenities.

Worst service no toiletries were provided no food room was filthy with dirty glasses and they dont even provide mineral water they serve it in filthy jugs

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location is convenient, my experience was less than satisfactory. I was asked to pay the full amount in advance, which I did. However, when I requested a change of pillow and bedsheet, the manager responded rudely and even started an argument. This made my stay uncomfortable.Additionally, the washroom was not clean, and the room was quite small, which wasn't what I expected based on the hotel's listing. I was also asked to vacate the room before 8 AM, which was inconvenient, naver stay at this hotel.

I am highly disappointed with goibibo and Hotel Amar Palace.Booking a hotel through Goibibo means we are relying that the hotels listed in the website is verified, but the case was completely upside down.The hotel didn't have roads that can even accommodate rickshaws ,we had to carry our luggage and reach to the hotel when asked for help the hotel staff said this is not part of our job. Next morning they forced to checkout from 8:00 am saying no water available for using toilets and rude staff.

Hoteliers should spend money on buying Cleaning Stuff & new Bed sheets and pillow covers, If give the old ones to the customers Then washing them properly For Customer's Good Comfort...Otherwise Customer Come Again Chance Very Very Less So Try Maximums For Best

This hotel is barely 200 meters away from the main temple. Rooms are best for two person however three person can also adjust. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was also fresh they don't have a window in the rooms. Room service is also decent I would not say it's great. I've booked an AC room from Make My Trip but when I checked in the ac was not working, I also made a complaint to the reception but all in vain, luckily the weather was pleasant and not hot so it worked without an AC but I made a complaint to Make My Trip and they refunded me the difference fare. Mr Devendra was very helpful, his behaviour was nice and friendly and that made my stay more comfortable. JAI MAHAKAL

Rooms are small and cozy for a small family like couple and a small kid. For additional person they will charge 400 Rs. and give a mattress. Service is bit slow. They do not have boiler so don't ask for hot water for bath. They don't have a kitchen. Every order you place for food goes to another hotel which delivers food at your rooms and you have to pay cash immediately. Temple is very close to the hotel. A big plus theh have.

Severe Food poisoning we suffered after me and my mother ate paratha and had poha at this place. This could be the result of pest control done which we could strongly smell. The infection is horrible and we are on high antibiotics to recover. I am going to escalate the matter to concerned authorities to rescue other fellow pilgrimage. Jai mahakal!
