Gaurison Hotel&Resort

I visited this property on 16th April and had a terrible experience. We booked two rooms -- one room's door wouldn't open and the washroom jet wasn't working. We paid 2700 for that room. In the morning, someone brought tea and sandwiches we never ordered. When we refused to pay for it during checkout, the front desk guy misbehaved and threatened us. He even spoke rudely to my husband and me. They just add extra charges to increase the bill. This place looks nothing like the pictures. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Worst experience

This hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities. We had a truly memorable and relaxing stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ujjain. Mahakaleshwar Joytirling is just 10 mins away.

The property is fine but the service and hospitality is terrible. We had organised a wedding there and the receptionist was terrible and rude while another person who came claiming to be the owner was drunk and started abusing the pandit. They also started forcing us to vacate the place by 5am even though the booking was till 9am. They were so rude as if they're doing everything for free even though we paid the full price (no bargain). Some of the staff was still polite. Please host your special day somewhere else. It's not worth the mental harassment these people caused.

The property is fine but the service and hospitality is not so good. We had recently attended wedding ceremony there and the receptionist was not so polite and rude. Gate Chowkidar is also not having manners. I think that he behaves like a owner member who has so attitude to own this property. Staff also started forcing us to vacate the place by 8AM even though the booking was till 9am. They were so rude as if they're doing everything for free. Some of the staff was still polite. I recently arranged a get-together at this resort and it was an unforgettable experience! The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious and clean. Pool area was too good. The food was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options to suit every taste. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, making us feel truly pampered. So i recently had a stay at this place , and i didn't knew how it will turn out , but to my surprise, the property was amazing, the staff deserves 100/10 , they were so kind and helpful, ready to do anything for their customers, very nice property over all , damn good rooms , cleanliness 10/10 , room service 10/10, they were kind enough to grant us an early checkin , must must visit this property and book your stay here

We are stay in Holi there is no. Event in Holi but the hotel was nice they provide to pool and give permission for pool party and help to get some food there is no restorant in hotel but the restorant is coming in this property they are told as and all over we had great time there . Best stay thank

We are stay in this property it was excellent property and staff was good there is a manager in morning by the name Mr. Jaiswal is very polite and friendly they provide all the facilities to go temple and city also and breakfast was good small property but the management was good
