I booked this hotel for my parents. They had unpleasant experience because of the following :- 1) Bedsheets were not clean. Staff refused to change them saying that clean bedsheets had not arrived from the laundry 2) Bathroom was not clean and well maintained. 3) Geyser was not working. Front desk was informed and he came to check. After inspection, he agreed that it wasn't working. He did nothing about it. Just said that I will inform the hotel owner that it's not working. 4) Pathetic service from the front desk. Please don't book this hotel for your loved ones.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel in Ujjain. The bathrooms were flooded with water, and there was no proper response from the staff. Basic amenities like towels and soap were not provided unless we specifically asked for them. Even drinking water was not complimentary--it was chargeable. Overall, the service was extremely poor, making it one of the worst hotels I've stayed at.

Booked a stay at a hotel listed as part of the Fab Hotels chain through MakeMyTrip, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. The hotel was very ordinary, sorry not a hotel was a lounge and didn't match the standards I expected from a brand like Fab Hotels. Mitanshi hotals are regularly routine service so good but safty and security r not good for single woman.....

I recently stayed at Himansh Hotel in Ujjain for a few days and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area, about 3 miles from the famous Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. Overall, I had a good stay at Himansh Hotel in Ujjain. The hotel provided a comfortable base for exploring the city and its surroundings. While the room could have been more impressive, the friendly staff, and comfortable amenities made for a pleasant experience. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing stay. Newly built property within 2 kilometres distance from Mahakal. Neat and tidy rooms with enough space and all the needed amenities with good parking space. Overall a must visit place.

The hotel is new and does not provide any service properly. Rooms are not cleaned and spacious. Whereas the rate of the rooms is high. When you try to order anything for the room service number, no one is going to receive your call. Overall I don't like the service, it's below expectations.

Worst hotel in Ujjain please don't stay there ..they are extremely fraud and asking money is very high with no service. At 7:00 am they start ringing your room bell for vacant the room, and the way they speak that is ridiculous...they demand for high amount in night. Be careful guys they are running a scam..
