Bhagwati Park by Martand Hotels : Hotel in Ujjain

The staff of bhagwati park Ujjain is very rude. I was having dinner with family.and some girls of my theatre group.i was staying in that hotel with by group from Mumbai . The staff shut the light in between.and behaved very badly with the girls. Said khana khaane aye ho ya baten karney .and doing dadagiri with us. staff should be trained how to behave with people and costumers.if there is some roles of this hotel u can not talk on the dinner table .the hotel should inform costumers that they can eat without talking each other. Very bad experience I will advise the families not to stay in this hotel because the staff trained how to behave and talk to the people.its not safe at all

A hotel property crying desperately for aesthetics upkeep and cleanliness, especially when you consider the amount you are paying. The location of the property is really good. It's on the main city road. Ample of common parking space outside the hotel. The beds and linen were clean. Toilet and the bathroom were really dirty and need some serious work. The room was filled with smell from dampness. The walls need a good repaint. We ordered tea and coffee there and the tea was prepared using stale and curdled milk. Coffee on the other hand came with a fly in it. It's better to eat and dine somewhere else. I stayed at the property with my whole family. We had 4 rooms there.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite your establishment's reputation, the services offered during my stay were far from satisfactory. The room was in an unhygienic condition and had various maintenance issues that reflected negligence.Hotel rooms are so unhygienic and charged more for the stay . Unhappy with the hotel service. In rooms, tiny cockroaches found . I will not recommend this hotel to anyone . So cheap and worst experience at this hotel . Unfortunately I don't have any photo to share which I'm was not been taken .

Early check-in not given even when rooms were empty. Rooms not maintained as per price. No value for money. Avoid

It's spacious and rooms are neat and clean. Situated just opposite of Ujjain Police station. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was ok ok But the bathroom was a bit dirty and the doors were damaged But the service was good And especially the food taste was fantastic And i will also advice you to avoid the soup Overall i give this hotel a solid 6.5/10

Good place, parking space in front of hotel, congestion free road and good rooms. A preferred place to stay if you are visiting ujjain. Good staff behaviour and location is also near to temple. Lift available here. Central cooling.
