Rooms and washrooms are very small not comfortable place And also very dirty place That's why cost is also low

The most pathetic experience I have ever had in this third grade so called hotel. It is not worth to call it as hotel as they have no professional behavior at all. First of all it is not walking distance from railway station and these people lie on call that it is 150 meter away from station. If you go to reception counter, it will always be empty and nobody sits there for your help. About rooms, those are very dirty and stinky. No cleanliness at all. Bathrooms are worse than public toilets. Also if you want hot water, you need to take bucket outside your room and fill it with hot water and come back to room. If there is power cut then they don't have any backup. If unfortunately you book this room and power cuts then you have to stay here without light n fan. The most important point is the rude behavior of there owner, he behaves like he has no need of customers and once he takes payment, he has nothing to do with your needs. If you want water, you need to come to ground floor, no room service. If there is an option to rate negative then I would have given him negative ratings. I will suggest not to stay here, rather you stay at railway station but not here. There are lots of other good hotels in Ujjain to stay. But please stay away from this fraud hotel.

Near to station very good. Budget stay washroom is small but okay if you are coming to other somewhere we have to adjust and owner was good .and there was no drinking water problem .and inverter was also there as I have read in other review no such problem came to me
