HOTEL CRYSTAL INN UJJAIN

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Ujjain. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and responsive, making the experience comfortable. The location is convenient for visiting key attractions like Mahakaleshwar Temple. A few minor improvements could be made in terms of food options and room service speed, but overall, it's a good choice for a comfortable stay in Ujjain. Would recommend it for travelers looking for a decent stay at a reasonable price. Food is available at room ,but they bring them outside restaurants.its only negative point.

Room was average but justify the cost. Rooms are Small but has all amenities. Take 2nd floor rooms, they are specious. Issue : hot water was not available in morning for bath.

Wonderful experience , excellent service. I personally recommend to spend yours happy hours here. Everything was perfect even the manager was very nice.

Good rooms, value for money. Apart from tea nothing is available but the good thing is hotel staff allows you to arrange for food from food delivery apps and also they were nice enough to provide cutlery.

I stayed at this hotel for one day with a group of 15 guests, and we booked five rooms. Unfortunately, none of the rooms had hot water for bathing, and the hot water kettles were dirty and appeared to have not been washed in a long time. However, the staff was helpful and provided us with buckets of hot water.

Worst hotel ever. Staff behaviour is not at all good. They talk like mafias and use rubbish language. I would suggest people not to visit here ever.

Very rude staff behaviour and made me whole payment in advance Room was also not good and basic amenities like towels and soap were not given
