pathetic and worse Hotel I have ever seen It is not a Hotel it is just a Marriage Garden for staying purpose it is very bad. Service is very bad they charge for everything. Don't have any Refrigerator, No First Aid Kit. On booking they agree on everything. But when you are there to book rooms their behaviour is very bad.

Hotels was Excellent Rooms and their catering was too good. Best Services All the staffs are very polite and helpful. All foods are hygienic and fresh We enjoyed it a lot. Lift is also available that was a good part bcz there were many senior citizens who were unable to use stairs.

Good experience. Room are neat and clean. Peaceful environment.

Rooms are clean and hygienic. Room service also good This hotel does not have restaurant there is only one negative side. Hotel providing bath towels, blankets and sheets. Car parking is outside of premises but that area is secured by CCTV Most important is very friendly staff

I recently stayed in this hotel with my family and booked two rooms. After a 26-hour journey from Goa to Ujjain, we arrived at the hotel. The owner insisted on cash payment for the rooms, but we were short on cash. We requested payment through Paytm or another online platform, but he refused. Despite our exhaustion from over 26 hours of travel, the owner remained focused on cash. Eventually, we offered our car keys, explaining that we would withdraw cash later in the evening after some rest. The owner's insistence on cash payment upfront seemed excessively greedy, especially considering the property's mismatch with the price. The services were subpar, the washrooms were very basic, and the room had mosquitoes and cockroaches. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi, no AC remote, and the AC was shut down at midnight from main controller at ground floor that too without consideration for guests. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Avoid such hotels if you want to avoid ruining your trip or dampening your mood.

This hotel is pathetic. We stayed here for one day sep 09-10 and they charged 3200 for the below average room. The washroom was so basic, there were cockroaches in the room. Towels were not clean. No internet, no AC remote. No food service availability. Online it shows 10 am as checkout time however they force you to checkout at 9 am. For 1 hour delay at checkout, they asked us to pay 1000rs extra. Please do not stay at this hotel if you don't want to ruin your trip.
