Hotel Park Palace

Budget hotel. Good service. Improvement in room quality required. Problem with TV, a/c remote, room electric kettle, bathroom exhaust fan. Other than these minor problems, it was an excellent stay. Checked in at 5:30 am in the morning and staff was there for our pre-booked room. Overall a good stay. Far better than hotels in front of Mahakaleshwar mandir.

The accommodations were satisfactory, although the view was not particularly picturesque. Nevertheless, they were adequate for a one-night stay. The air conditioning was in working order, and the restrooms were clean and well-maintained. The water supply was also reliable, with both hot and cold water available. We had ordered lunch through room service. As always, it is advisable to inspect the rooms before confirming a reservation.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a day during the holidays. While the overall stay was decent, there were several issues that left us dissatisfied. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and basic amenities were lacking. No water bottles were kept in the room, and while the bathroom was clean, there were no soaps, dispensers, or towels provided. This was quite inconvenient, especially for a family stay. The room service was also below expectations. Despite having a dining hall on the premises, it was not operational during our stay, and we were not informed about this beforehand. Food was only available through room service, which was not up to the mark. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and poor service overshadowed the experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Stayed at the hotel's room during my friend's wedding. The rooms were in good condition and spacious. The bathroom was also clean.

Reception staff is polite and humble. Room was spacious but didn't have basic amenities like electric kettle , mineral water. Room service is extremely poor and disappointing.Advisable to carry own toiletries. Overcharged rooms

Good services and spacious rooms. Stayed there for two days for wedding. Good hall space and lawn space for small and big functions

Hotel was good but staff is not good I forgot my jacket in room while check out after 30 minutes called them and they no sir nothing was found in the room
