Hotel Mittal Paradise

Good hotel, but take decision post comparison with others. And go for it if other options are not available. If you are going on a family trip, in the name of a family room they will offer you old rooms from the old wing and not at all good services. But once you are stuck in there and you cannot move out as you will think family members are with you and don't want to trouble them. Rooms are not maintained and the services are not at all attentive. The surprising part is they have feedback form with reading from best to average, no mention of bad or worst rating. And you can imagine what I would have rated....

Very Bad Experience - Not Recommended I recently stayed at Hotel Mittal Palace, Ujjain, and it was truly one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The rooms were in terrible condition -- far from what one would expect for the price. The most shocking part was the behavior of the staff. Even though the official check-out time is 10 AM, we were asked to vacate the room at 8 AM because "their guests were arriving." I have never heard of such an unprofessional and absurd rule. The only positive was the location, which was decent. But that's where it ends. The staff was rude and completely untrained in hospitality. If you're planning to visit Ujjain, I strongly advise you to look for better and more affordable options -- you'll definitely get better service elsewhere. Staying here was nothing short of a nightmare, and I truly regret wasting my money on this place. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had the pleasure of interacting with his at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth, provided great recommendations for local attractions, and promptly assisted with any requests I had. His warm demeanor and attention to detail truly made my stay more enjoyable. I want to sincerely appreciate Mr Devendra Singh.

When you have limited options in the city. One would certainly link it. But try to stay in the new building the old one is like a dharamshala. Food quality is very good. The staff is well behaved.

The stay was superb. The staff is very cooperative. Rooms are clean, ambience is good. The breakfast was also good. I will definitely look forward to come back and will recommend it to my friends and families. The manager Mr Abhishek Kakkad a very good gentleman and very nice. He helped me my stay being comfortable by giving best prices for the rooms. Thanks you so much

I have stayed in this hotel for one day.. stay was awesome and the property was dam good. Staff behaviour and services are so good. I specially want to thank poonam ma'am who was very much help full with her services. She helped me with reservation and other services also... When ever I called she responded immediately.. I vll surly plan once again to visit ujjain and stay at this hotel

I never Ever Give Poor Rating To Anyone But I had an unbelievably terrible experience at this hotel. The problems began right in the room: without proper curtains, bright light invaded the space, making sleep impossible. The room had so many mosquitoes , adding to the discomfort. Despite calling the service desk twice, the staff's response was dismissive and unhelpful. The lobby was no better, cluttered with dirty utensils--a clear sign of neglect and poor hygiene. The cockroaches were roaming in the room I asked room service thrice to give me some solution but they were so not listing at all.Water was not cold after asking for 3 times For Cold drinking water.Even the biggest problem my parents have to change room twice 1st room's washroom was having foul smell 2nd room's A/C was not working.And if that wasn't enough, the reception service was shockingly poor very slow and rude behaviour looking at me Like I haven't paid for that all happened to me.Overall, every aspect of my stay was disappointing.Pathetic Hotel Room for 4000Rs.Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this establishment!Kindly save your money search for another hotel on this road

It was a good experience apart from some minor things in room as I was not as per shown. Staff is good and well behaved (Vishal & Abhishek). Food was nice in restaurant.
