Rudraksh Club & Resort

Extremely poor service. There is a certain amount of arrogance without providing any quality service. I wonder why they call this a five star hotel. There is no covered parking and no even an iota of shade available. Food are over fairly priced compared to the quality they provide. Really not happy staying here. Would suggest checking the alternate which is 2 km far from this with much better facility and food choices.

The hotel is spread over a big size property and the manager takes so much pride in working here that they behave with super arrogance. As if it's equal to Oberoi or Taj, but unfortunately doesn't even have an adequately covered car parking for the extreme heat during the daytime. On being asked the manager says that nowhere in Ujjain you will find a covered parking. They are using this comparison as an excuse but only in this case whereas in other cases it is not even equivalent to other hotels. It looks good from outside but inside the services are even worse than a 2- star hotel. No one is trained to do their jobs properly. Each staff works in their own way, due to absence of standard procedures. It is for all sections - housekeeping, reception, billing, restaurant, security. They earn mostly from big parties/weddings, etc. so they don't bother about the individual guests. Lot of nuisances observed in their billing. They try to cheat the guests by including small items in the bills which were not even consumed by the guests. They produced duplicate bills when I cross checked, nonetheless added other room guests' bill to mine. Bad luck for them that I identified and cross questioned them. These are intentional. The chef can't even cook Puri or bhature properly. They cheat even in the food quantity when ordered. They think guests will not raise questions regarding the quantity of food because of getting embarassed. So they use that as their trump card.

This is the place I want to stay in everytime I come to Ujjain. If you are coming with your family, do not think twice and simply go for this resort. Food is super tasty, hotel rooms are super clean and service so far received is great.

Food is awesome, and the room was very comfortable. 8km from Mahakal mandir but if you have your own vehicle it's easy, also the hotel can arrange for drop.

Very poor service. Customers relation attended. Staff is not at all bothered for the customers. It took more than 15 min to simply serve a glass Off water

Not sure why it has been rated so highly. Rooms are average. Staff is not courteous. Location is on Highway where you don't get any auto or taxi. Garden is swimming pool is not maintained. Food is average.

I spent 3 nights at Rudraksh Club & Resort. Really it's awesome experience. I would say it's great place to stay at Ujjain.

BEWARE---Visited mahankal 3 weeks ago had dinner with family at rudraksha most horrible place and worst chef jitendra or jeet i don't seem to remember his name properly first he was freely roaming in cafe and standing and kept staring at us for no reason and when i made suggestions about food while paying the bill he came up listening the advice and told us" mujhe batao m head chef hu" and when i made some suggestions he was like "ye esa hi hota h apne phli bar khaya h kya? Apko taste ke bare m kam pta h ap suggestions mt do" very rude and unprofessional behavior and he was in uniform and wearing chefs cap and he was roaming freely using washroom and was going to parking lot my to smoke or whatever but this is very unprofessional guy he doesn't know courtesy or hoteliers rule and laws this place and this guy should be fined heavily very unhygienic and unprofessional people so rude guy and he didn't stopped there he forced me to fill feedback form asking me to give him a nice comment as he taught me about chilli paneer taste and when i wrote a complaint in the form he started having argument with us and toredown the form infront of us and told us to leave as if he owns the place or he is md or something never visiting this place again writing this review because one of my friend was visiting mahankal and he asked me about rudraksha so thought everyone should know about this guy and place and there wrong conducts beware guys avoid visiting this place.
