Terrible experience. Our Raj Ratan bus stopped here for dinner and gave us only 20 minutes. The restaurant took nearly 15 minutes just to prepare the food, so we had to parcel it. Once back on the bus, we opened our meals only to find that the food was cold and stale it clearly seemed like it had been cooked in the morning. I had ordered fried rice and veg Hakka noodles, both of which were extremely disappointing..

Not at all good service it's all fake from photos..! Not any guest available Swimming pool is also not available.. Worst ever!!

Stalls at foodie are serve melted ice cream and spoil products to guest. After complaint reply will be do what you want, we serve like this only.

I recently visited this hotel and accidentally left my wallet behind while leaving. When I went back to check, the manager and his technical team were incredibly kind and supportive. They immediately took the matter seriously, reviewed the CCTV footage, and went above and beyond to locate my wallet. Thanks to their honesty and prompt action, they found it and returned it to me safely. I'm truly impressed by their professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
