Tiger Heaven Resort Bandhavgarh

The location is good but the overall experience is not good.. The room was spacious but the bed sheet was dirty and after requesting to change the bedsheet they immediately changed the bedsheet but it was stained again and we decided to adjust with it, not to get bothered with the same thing. Electric kettle was there but the basic coffee, tea etc pouches were missing after we asked they provided. AC was not working at all during our 3 day stay, After we asked they assured us to work on it but nothing changed, all the rooms were the same, electricity was dripping continuously while we stayed. The bathroom was big but not that clean, Food was overpriced and quantity was less according to the price and full of oil at the same time.. We couldn't have food after a day there because of the oil. The pool was so dirty that dead insects and plastic bottles were floating on the pool water. Even after asking to clean the pool they just ignored. Staff behaviour was really good and helpful.. But the resort is not properly maintained. The day before we left the resort they provided complimentary evening snacks (potato & onion pakora) and coffee. The car and driver we rented from this resort was good.

Room was spacious, pool was very clean, food quality was very good, all other services were very good. Staff members were also quick and good. Next time really worth visiting this resort. Except:- the day we reached we ordered maggi (as they said preparing food will take time) which was really costly, drinking water they charged GST it was surprising.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time recently at Tiger heaven resort for our two day safari of Bandhavgarh. The rooms are clean, spacious, and luxurious, the service and food is exceptional, and the location and atmosphere is second to none. When the staff learned that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, they thoughtfully gifted us a full-sized beautiful cake, completely complimentary! I would recommend Tiger heaven resort to anyone looking to visit Bandhavgarh in the future, and I am thankful for the wonderful hospitality they provided us during our stay.

A Disappointing Hotel Experience I recently stayed at a hotel that promised a great experience but delivered nothing . Their service was absolutely pathetic, and the way they treat their customers is beyond unprofessional. They never served food on time, leaving us frustrated and hungry. Despite prior promises, they lacked basic coordination in meal service. They made several big claims during booking, but upon arrival, nothing matched. They promised a core zone jungle safari, but we were given a buffer zone safari offer at an exorbitant price. It felt like a scam. They lied about everything The staff was rude and indifferent. They wouldn't bother listening to concerns or offering solutions. Instead of hospitality, you're met with arrogance. It was far from the relaxing experience they advertise This hotel only cares about securing bookings and nothing else. They lure customers with false promises and provide substandard service. There was a group of boys who are openly drinking and smoking I would strongly advise avoiding this place unless you're ready for disappointment and frustration.

I stayed here for one day while on the Bandhavgarh Safari. The room was pretty large, however the bathroom was not clean. I have OCD and can't deal with a stained washroom that isn't clear. As I only needed to stay for one day and the pricing was reasonable, I stayed there. The surroundings are pleasant, and the tiger reserve is nearby. People were friendly and helpful. Just one suggestion: the restroom should be cleaned.

Very close to the Tala Gate of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve, this resort provides a very good option for tourists to enjoy their stay. The staff is very friendly yet professional headed by a young fellow pradeep who is dynamic and understands the market well.The property has a good parking space, a clean swimming pool and a functional kitchen. The chef provides good quality and hygienic food. There is a conference room right above the kitchen and it offers decent conference facilities. The lawn is available for sunbathing in the fresh sun

This is a very good resort. I liked the service here very much and the food here is just like a home. The rooms here are very nice and clean. The bathrooms here are very big and clean. The swimming pool here is very big and good. I would like to tell all of you that if you come to Bandhavgarh, stay only at Tiger Haven Resort.

It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. When we arrived, it was about 1.30 pm., and hotel check-in time was 12 noon. Still, we were made to wait more than 30 minutes in the so-called reception area, where they had 3 plastic chairs. Asked for the restroom, they showed a dirty worse than public toilet which we see at the bus stand. Even the room was so dusty. The room size was small. We had booked a room for 3, but there was no place for the 3rd bed. I have attached a few pictures of hotel cleanliness for you to take a look at. Later in the night, they provided us with the blanket, which was torn. Also, if you order anything, they say it will take 1hr 30 mins because they have to go and buy the vegetable or curd, etc. we order and prepare. It was the worst experience.
