Review for Hotel Accommodation on October 25, 2024 We recently stayed at this property as a group of seven on October 25, 2024, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The condition of the hotel was uninhabitable, and we left with no positive impression whatsoever. The entire property was in disrepair, with ongoing construction taking place, causing loud noise that was intrusive and constant throughout our stay. It was impossible to relax due to the continuous sound of drilling and hammering. Cleanliness was severely lacking. The rooms and common areas were infested with insects, and the ceiling in our room was leaking, creating an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, with evident neglect in terms of maintenance. Basic hygiene and cleanliness standards were nowhere near being met. Adding to the frustration was the poor lighting in the pathways. There were no lights to guide guests safely, which led to one of our friends suffering an injury. This lack of concern for guest safety is simply unacceptable. The food service was also abysmally slow, with long wait times for meals, and even then, the quality was subpar. Upon discussing our issues with some locals, we learned that the owner has a history of deceiving guests, and several other customers during our stay shared similar grievances. The general feedback from others we encountered was just as negative, adding to the overwhelming sense of dissatisfaction we felt. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this property to avoid it at all costs. This hotel does not meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality, and the experience was more stressful than enjoyable.And the Manager Mr.Avinash was misbehaving and not responding properly after such poor services..

Worst Experience of my life I was there to celebrate my birthday with my family they toke advance Money for Booking, After That Resort Staff say that they are not responsible for any commitment made by Booking Person & started fighting with us saying that we will not provide you any services which you are demanding. Rooms are stinky, Bathrooms are in very Bad Shape, The so called swimming pool shown in website pics are false, actually they have a tank instead of Pool. They don't have any Buffet Menu for Food also they don't even offered us any food in last we changed the place the same day Most Important they will not refund your money, if u refuse to stay after watching all this. Be careful from such Fraud people.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 2 rooms for 5 people and As I asked for refund of my money they started fighting with my family Suggesting us to change the place if we can't manage also they stated abusing us They don't provided as one time meal. They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. No Geysers in Any room. They have some idiotic boiler System. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Worst experience ever, no staff for the management, just 1 person running the whole resort. No room service, we were waiting in the lobby where there is no fan, ac .. we got room after 2 hours of waiting. No water bottle given, phone line dead, bedsheets were stinking, door lock was broken, pool water was smelling so bad, this resort don't even know the meaning of hygiene. No lights in the resort . Please don't waste your money and time here Better don't come to spoil your trip .

I visited random for the vacation to this resort and booked room no 203 which was having a door issue which was well known by the staff as well and after that they asked me to shift to room no 205 which was superb but the bed was too hard and all the sockets were not working. They won't even give the toilet kit as well like brush paste and others . I can only say the tariff they are charging is not worthy according to the room management. I will visit again and I hope I will get the best and properly maintained room next time. This feedback is just for improvement not for wrong message

Very much under prepared resort. Renovation was going on, staff very much inadequate, poor management. Shouldn't have booked guests when the place was not at all ready.

Amazing place away from city and noise. We wanted to be away from town & in nature's basket. View is excellent . front line Team was polite & cordial .We stayed in Premium Deluxe suit was too good . Swimming Pool is good . Over all amazing property.

This is the worst experience anyone could have. Seems like a sham for even a dharamshala. The staff was not good. And the main person was never available.
