The check-in process was smooth, and my room was well-equipped with a large desk and comfortable working space. The hotel's on-site restaurant offered delicious breakfast options, and the staff were very accommodating with my early morning meetings. The only minor drawback was the limited gym facilities, but overall, it was a great choice for a business stay."

What a fantastic experience- we stayed 3 nights here - went on 3 Safaris (2 morning and 1 afternoon) The suite was spacious and had a separate room, sitting area. The food was delicious both the vegetarian and the chicken options and the quantities were large I do not think anyone could leave hungry. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the service was exceptional.

Hi, my family and I had a wonderful time at Dharohar Kothi. The service is excellent. Everyday we were really looking forward to dinner items as the food was really good. All in all a very good place to relax and unwind. Would love to stay there again in future!

My wife and I spent three nights (November 2024) in a suite at this deluxe small hotel while going on safaris in Bandhavgarh National Park. The rooms were large and comfortable. The owner/manager was very congenial and took us on a walking tour after our arrival. He arranged for his brother to guide three of our safaris and this was the best national park guide we had in India, including a spectacular tiger sighting. Meals were extremely good since they were prepared in small quantities just for us in contrast to the large buffet meals in bigger hotels on our tour. The food and service was great, much better than we had expected |The arrangement of the hotel is quite good and you can enjoy a lot even if you go with family or friends. It was quite peaceful here and if I go to Badhavgarh again, I would like to stay here.

Very good ......... Excellent ...nice .......... Wonderful.......best.........excellent infrastructure and food. Staff had offered best service and were very hospitable. We had enjoyed alot during our stay.. it has a swimming pool, bonfire and excellent dine in facilities..

I had a mixed experience during my stay here at Dharohar Kothi. |First the good part: Owner (Amit) is a very helpful and soft spoken guy. I was running late because the bus I boarded was getting delayed, he went out of his way to help me catch my evening safari at Khitauli by sending his staff to Umariya to pick me up and make me reach on time. Truly thankful for that. Special mention to Sajjan for the swift pick-up.||Now not so good part: .|I slept around 09 o' clock in the night because I had to catch the morning Safari, but only to be awakened by loud music and loud chatter of group of people around 11-11:30 in the night. I went out to check and I found a group of 10-12 people below the terrace partying there. I requested them to turn the volume down but they didn't bother, instead one of them replied 'Hum to enjoy karne aaye hain, hum enjoy karenge' in a defiant tone.||I thought of calling the hotel owner/manager Amit but Wi-Fi doesn't work within the rooms and my mobile network was unreachable in that area.|Not sure where was hotel staff during all of this, because I didn't find one single staff member around trying to make them understand to turn down the music. |I felt harassed and also insecure thinking what if the group gets offensive if I ask them again to turn down the music. |Unsure of what to do I went inside my room praying for this torture to get over soon. Thankfully around 12:15 the music stopped.|I felt peace and thought I can sleep now, but in next few minutes someone was ringing my doorbell almost maniacally in the midnight, shocked and little scared I opened the door I saw 3-4 boys on the door of the adjacent room. Apparently they were ringing the door bell of the other room but it was incorrectly wired to the bell in my rooom. Phew !|I felt it would have been worse if someone was staying with their kids and old family members there. |Later next day I conveyed this to the manager over phone, he said he was sorry about my experience and he was not on the property during the night and had he been there he wouldn't have allowed it. But nevertheless It ruined my experience.
