Hotel Maa Laxmi Palace

The rooms are quite decent. Stayed there for 24 hrs, even after pre bookings for deluxe they don't provide good service, Cleaning was good, No water bottle provider after 12 pm to 9 am After this when asked4_5 times they provided an opened bottle , No entertainment, there were televisions in the rooms but all the setup boxes were not working even after complaining they didn't fix it, Rooms telephone not working you need to go downstairs every time to complain or ask for reception. No food meal provided due to a small function was ongoing so the hotel owner declined for food. Kind hearted request to pay them only 50% advance in my case The friend paid the full amount on pre-booking, (caution: towel,soap,sampo,handwash,food , extra pillows nothing will be provided by the maa Laxmi palace). Totally disappointed after wasting 1500

Lower floor is a hall which is used for serving food and beverages. 1st floor is full of rooms which are neither good not bad. Okay okay. Suitable for events in Tikamgarh. I myself went to attend a friend's engagement so cannot say anything about price. The third floor is also an open hall which is good for winter but not good for summer. Thanks. Rate my review. Hotel is in the vicinity to the tikamgarh jhansi road and have walkable distance from the main road. Location wise hotel is at the beat location. It is a good option for the visitors coming for the medical treatment, grain merchants coming to galla mandi. As such hotel is located near to hospital around 1.5 kms and on the way to gallamandi around 4 kms. Rooms are cleaned and ok. Service is average and not having professional touch. Rooms tarrif is reasonable and check-in checkout time can be adjusted. This is the biggest benefit here. So friends enjoy staying at hotel maa laxmi palace.
