Housekeeping: The housekeeping team was phenomenal. My room was maintained to perfection - from the neatly arranged linens to the spotless floors. 2. Service Excellence: The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was a quick response to a request or their friendly demeanor, they made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine care were truly impressive. 3. Fantastic hotel. Rooms are very clean we were.surprised to see such a nice hotel in suhagpur at low price.Rooms had all essentials such as Kettle, tea etc. Iron and extra bed provided on demand. Servce is good. food is really tasty with lots of choices. There were 2 lifts, big hallaway had sitting arrangment,massage chair which was high tech and really relaxing. Swimming pool was cleaned .I would recommend it.

Good hotel at reasonable prices. Food is with lots of variety and authentic taste.Comfortable stay here.Could visit Pachmadhi and Tawa .Massage chair was really good experience.Central lobby with relaxing sofa with good ambience enjoyed by us.Hot water kettle for making tea and coffee was available. Bathroom was very well designed. Small swimming pool with spacious teres was relaxing

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night. The room was good, and the location was convenient, but the service could use some improvement. I was disappointed to find that there was no electric kettle in the room for heating water or making coffee, which is a basic amenity in most hotels. Additionally, there was no dental kit provided. Considering the price of 2100+ GST (Royal class), I found the facilities lacking, especially when compared to other hotels in the area that offer more for the same price. Overall, the hotel felt a bit expensive for the limited amenities provided. If basic amenities like an electric kettle, dental kit, or other essentials are not available for guests then attractive infrastructure is useless.

I had the best experience in The Grand Kaushalya. The employees are super helpful and the service delivery is really fast. They have all the basic amenities required in the hotel. I stayed in their grand double bed rooms for 3 nights and had the most comfortable stay. Room service is commendable. Food is amazing, you can have your customize dishes as well. Food takes a little more time to reach your table otherwise everything is really good.

Now a days service is not good but all type facilities are available but food quality day by day Decreasing Taste is very bad day by day quality of hotal decrease owner ko improvement ki jarurat hai

Grand koushalya is brand new hotel housend in a building named as city mall. It has got mera bazar super market in the basement and a swank rooftop restaurant. Good is complete vegertarian and not much different from the fare served..... Best place to stay and have food
