Satpura Safari Resort

It was the 2nd time I visited Satpura Safari Resort after 4 years now with my family and friends the owner Mr. Raja bhaiya still has not changed his nature behaviour is still the same very good person his hospitality is way better than other restaurants nearby he is always happy and makes other people happy. The rooms were clean and the staff was really good They are always available if you want anything. Food is also testy feels like home One thing Satpura Safari without Raja bhaiya is impossible. I will definitely visit next time

Hygienically maintained rooms Clean atmosphere Tasty food after consultation what you want to eat Pet friendly Manicured garden Finally the Owner Mr Raja, always available to make your stay comfortable and help you in getting rides if not booked already. Overall an excellent experience

We visited Satpura Safari Resort from 12th to 14th January 2025 with family and had an amazing experience. The resort is conveniently located near the Madhai gate, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area.||The owner, Mr. Raja Khan, is a truly kind-hearted person, and the staff were extremely cooperative and attentive throughout our stay. If you are a bird-watching enthusiast, you will be delighted to spot plenty of birds within the resort premises itself.||The rooms, including the toilets and bathrooms, were in good condition--simple yet comfortable, without unnecessary artificial decorations. What's more, the resort is very economical compared to other nearby options, making it a great value for money.||The food was exceptional, with every meal prepared to perfection. For bachelors who want to enjoy their time without disturbing families, there are separate rooms available, which is a thoughtful touch.||Overall, we had a fantastic time and would rate Satpura Safari Resort a 10/10 for its hospitality, location, and affordability. Highly recommended for families and nature lovers!

Excellent stay at Satpura Safari resort Madhai My family and my friends family recently stayed at Satpura Safari resort and we were blown away by the exceptional service, delicious food, and a very good facilities. The owner Mr Raja bhaiya was incredibly welcoming and attending to our all needs. One of the standout features of this resort was that the location is very very peaceful and relaxing, my little girl was very happy with the resort and play with raja uncle Overall we are highly recommended Satpura Safari resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable gateway thank you Mr Raja bhaiya and the entire team for making a memorable trip

I booked 2 rooms at Satpura Safari Resort for 1N by paying Rs.2000 in advance. But due to some medical problem, I had requested to cancel the booking 3months prior. But Mr. Raja said he cannot cancel the booking and cannot give a refund. If I sent some other family on that day, that will also work. When I contacted him a few weeks later and said I would go because you not cancelled my rooms at all, Raja asked me for another rate Which is much higher than the previous price . I already have booked 2 rooms and now how he can change the price? Please do not book this hotel. You will book at one cost and after that he will increase the fare. It's a scam.

Excellent service provided by Raja bhaiya.. very well maintained property...home made food was cherry on top... Raja bhaiya was always there to guide us for the best safari and went one step ahead to organize the best safari for us..always goona stay there for next safari..

Last thing, Raja Bhaiyya's brother Mr Salim is a very good driver, he helped us roam around Madhai and Panchmadhi. it was also again a great experience travelling with him.. very talkative and maximum spots were covered by him. Worst hospitality, the owner is so rude. After providing feedback I got a reply and the owner is trying to threatened me to share the recording of our conversation. So here is my reply go ahead if you share the recording you will prove my point. That recording will show your behaviour towards customers. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DON'T BOOK THIS RESORT. THEY BELIEVE IN HOOLIGANISM AND NOT IN HOSPITALITY.
