Hotel Silver Dollar

Food items are good but hotel charges more money @ time of carry food at Home. This is bad impression and illegal as per Food Processing Act. Matter already pointed to DM Singrauli

Both the staff on reception need to take class on manner of talking. He spoke so disrespectfully with everyone that i was forced to have a heated argument with them at mid-night. Rooms- old non-maintained room with bad washroom & mattress where one can't sleep. TV not Working. Lightning in rooms are very less. No availability of hot water. Be careful, they disagree with the pricing they commit while checking out. You might end up paying more than you were supposed to. Take pricing quote n advance payment receipt in writing from them. Price- they starts bargaining from 3000/4000 ended up giving rooms at 1900. So you can bargain much as you can.

Staff is unprofessional and untrained. Location is good, rooms are decent. Hotel management needs to hire trained with basic etiquettes.

Very well maintained rooms and hotel as if inaugurated recently. Never expected such good hospitality in this area. All the working staff are neatly dressed , polite and the hospitality is very good. Restorant hygiene is good and complimentary breakfast is arranged well. Management is polite enough to attend the issues if any. Over all good experience.

I celebrated my birthday in silver dollars. The birthday celebration by the hotel staff was very nice. I am very happy. The food here is very good and tasty. The staff here is also very good. I felt very good in the hotel.

Such a Worst stay i had. The Management behaviour is very worst with customer. At time of checkin they offered so many discounts but at the time of checkout they will charge even water bottle. Food quality is very poor. Staff behavior is very worst. I stayed one week they charged as per 3 star hotel. But that in not it is like a Lodge. Suggesting Please don't stay in this hotel.

Not at all recommended. Specially for ocassional purposes, the manager is not at all co-operative and along with that arrogant as well , will suger coat at first and then do the opposite, the arrangements are not at all up to the mark and charge very high for very poor maintenance and arrangements.
