The rooms were not good. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room . The staff was rude.

Worst experience ever. Thank god my stay was only for one night. Room smelled so bad when I entered the room. Spotted rat in the hallway. Check-in and check-out timings are mentioned different in app (Agoda). Couldn't shut the window just because the cooler fan is tied to the window and it won't let me slide shut the windows. Washroom lock didn't work and the door remained open during my entire stay. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had a stay at The hotel when I was going for a trip to varanasi and the hotel is very affordable and the location is peaceful and easy to find , the car parking is huge and the rooms are exactly like they are shown in the picture.

Poor staff and poor service experience. Rooms are not upto the standards of hotel here , even lodges are better than this place. Don't go by the photographs uploaded on site, real scenario is completely different here. Small size bed with poor quality mattress and uncleaned bedsheets, no ventilation and improper lighting. Toilets are just for namesake and hygiene is a misnomer here. Drinking water is not at all suitable for drinking, i had arranged packaged drinking water on my own. Staff is illiterate and not co-operative here, you can ask for anything their reply would always be in negative. To call this as a hotel or place of stay itself is a big lie. It is commonly used by couples for few hours, hope you can relate this with the kind of atmosphere and mindset of hotel staff. I just manage my stay here because of my exam and it's proximity to the exam center. Overall a toxic and dark place, not at all recommended for stay.
