The two angel hotel

I booked two rooms here and informed the manager that our guests would arrive late, but they would definitely come. At that time, he agreed and the payment was also made from my side. However, later at night, he allocated the rooms to someone else. When my guests arrived, they were told that no rooms were available. He gave the rooms to someone else in exchange for money and then tried to manipulate me by saying it was a misunderstanding, making various excuses. When the rooms were booked under my name, how could he allocate them to someone else? He claimed that someone named Akruti initially booked one room and later took two rooms, causing confusion--just a bunch of excuses. Later he adjusted my amount but my guests had to sleep on the bus in the middle of the night.

Location in the centre of city. Very good owner. Generous, modest and helpful. Neat and clean room, linens, giving comfort. Food good. Staff very good. I would recommend for overall comfortable stay.

We stayed overnight on 9th feb 25. We truely enjoyed. Very low price compared to others. No non veg allowed is true point. Vikrambhai owner is a kind person. Tea, poha, paratha's, bread butter was fantastic.

Nice place to stay. There is some confusion in the name of the hotel. Hotel Zaika is prominently displayed at the entrance.

I stay here frequently as i like the behavior of the owner. Food is delicious too. It was a comfort stay.
