Hotel Varun Inn

I booked 2 large rooms with 3 beds with Extra Rs.5000 BUT when i chek in at 12 am midnight ,they give me very small and dirty rooms with lots of cockroaches and mosquitos. When i request to change ,they start abusing me and kick out us from hotel and also they shouted on us and slap on my family member. Even they did not gave us our Booking money back. So , i request to do not visit.

Unprofessional behaviour of the staff. Not so clean rooms, light goes off frequently, TV doesn't work. Even after booking the staff asked me to vacate the room because they have took another booking on the same room that I was assigned. Food is ok, not so upto the mark. Price is ok but for that overall service is not good. I won't recommend to others. It would be better to give some extra money and stay peacefully in better hotels available in shivpuri with better service if you are planning to stay for more than 1 day.

Worst experience all fake reviews no service in room restaurant is overpriced please don't visit

Staff behaviour is not good and food also added 10 % GST everywhere in India only 2.5 and 2.5 SGST,CGST are applicable but reception staff do not agree.

Varun hotel in service very bad and costly food not tasty so that overall very bad hotel not come in this hotel guys

There services are good but there management is ok ok

Rooms are ok washroom are ok service are ok nothing is good nothing is bad
