Hotel Star Gold Palace

Ambience is very good, rooms are large and very nice, Price is little high but adjustable , overall if you want a big room with nice view and need to relax , this is the place to stay in Shivpuri Giving it 4 star not 5 because the only thing lacked here was the top notch maintenance , compare to the quality of rooms the maintenance was not up to the class , so giving it 4 star.

One of the worst restaurant i have ever visit first of all when i visit this place i called them and ask is this snacks available there they said yes but when i visited they have only selected items i think okay no need to worry but when i ordered they spend too much time literally a lot of time i feel very ashamed why i visited this palace this was my first time and last time i don't want to suggest anyone to visit this palace

We spent the night during transit, we found the place to be neat, tidy and huge rooms. Ample parking space and excellent staff makes it worthwhile.

Friendly staff front office good

Arrogant staff who don't know how to treat customers. They don't even know the basics to tell difference between Punjabi and South Indian cuisine. Still show attitude like they are the owners of a five star hotel. The good Ambience will be of no use if the waiters don't know how to respect the customers.

Everything was perfect at this hotel and the room were clean and very comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were great . Excellent food quality. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Hotel exceeded my expectations and had a wonderful experience.

Very very Poor Service The receptionist are not well trend that how to talk to customer Since many year staying but from the next time no one from our company will stay and requesting others to avoid this hotel !!!As they are directly saying don't come from the next time & we don't care !!!
