HOTEL PS RESIDENCY

The food quality was very average and the service was terrible. They took 45 minutes for one order. And food was not that great. They didn't even serve the food and waiters were pathetic.

Terrible experience. The lift was completely out of order, and my sister, along with her 8-month-old son, ended up trapped inside. Shockingly, the manager didn't even come to assist. They also didn't have the emergency lift key, which is supposed to be used to open the doors during such situations. I highly advise against staying at this hotel -- the staff is careless and irresponsible.

Worst food you can get in any restaurant. Ask anything from the menu, they'll say it's unavailable. Funny enough they've only one menu card printed in the whole restaurant. The staffs are high on something, these guys can serve you the wrong item almost everytime when you order something. Just because the cook/so called chef made it, they'll serve you, even if you didn't ask for it. Ask for biryani, they'll give you fried rice. Ask for normal naan, they'll serve you butter naan, ask for kadhai paneer, they won't cood the masala properly, may be chef wants to ho home early, they'll have the same excuse for everything. This 3 star hotel cannot serve chocolate shake, or pasta Service quality is also poor. Would not recommend this to anyone even if it's the last resturant in Shivpuri!! They should stop serving food to their customers!

Hotel is situated at a better location from there the bus stand and the railway station is very close about 2 kn from the hotel, also the rooms of the hotel are very comfortable, the hotel also offers "Marriage Garden' facilities and the main thing is the public transport security as the hotel had its own parking basement area with a security guard 24*7 on duty. Hope the review is helpful as it is a genuine review.
