Shree Kundan Hotel

If i could give negative stars i would have. This is worst than a lodge. No hot water, no electricity in the room i slept in bed with bugs and stains. The hot water kettle had mould. Plus i didnt had electricity to use it. Staff had only one person. No food or tea service. I travel so much but this has to be the worsttttt hotel

I had stayed 2 days in this hotel. Good Budget hotel to stay in shahdol. Food is tasty. Hot water is accessible after draining 15-20 litres. After taking 1 bucket of hot water if you want to take another bucket of hot water them again you have to drain 15-20 litres of water. There is some plumbing issue in their water pipline. Overall good experience. Staff is also very polite.

Very nice stay and big room's, comfortable space, best hotel. Hot water & hot drink water,AC, light are providing me in room available.

Situated near Indira chowk, 2 km from Railway station.|Well maintained property with helpful staffs.|Rooms are moderate in size. Suitable for both solo and family travellers.|They dont have restaurant buy provided room service and food is tasty.|Mid budget hotel in Shahdol city and good option for 1/2 days stay here.

The facilities are mediocre, but the services are good. The staff try to help and make your stay comfortable. No restaurant available, but they serve food in the room. The food is OK. No other services like laundry.... It looks to be a new construction. Hopefully the facilities improve in future.

The General Manager Anupam Bhati is an uncouth, rude and ill mannered person. He has no training in hospitality nor does he understand the meaning of customer service nor does he know how to speak with female guests. The owner also seems disinterested in the business since he is unavailable for complaints against staff. Their tariffs are also ridiculously high for the poor standards they offer. If you want your vacation stay to be hell then this is the place to stay....if not steer clear of this hotel...There are better places to stay in Shahdol

1.No strong power backup. Frequent load shedding.|2. No restaurant. Room Service is very poor.|3. Book online you will get better price.|4. No lift facility.|5. No wifi.|6. Food price is very high as compared to the quality.

Horrible experience. Rude and impolite management especially the GM Anupam Bhati. High handed behaviour. No concept of customer care and comfort. Just an infrastructure. Waste of time and money
