A Disastrous Experience I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at M.R International Hotel, and I must say it was a truly nightmarish experience. From the moment I checked in, it became evident that this establishment was far from what one would expect from a decent hotel. I encountered a series of issues ranging from a water crisis to electricity problems, leaving me deeply frustrated and disappointed. First and foremost, the water crisis at Hotel was simply unacceptable. Throughout my entire stay, the water supply was inconsistent, with frequent interruptions and even complete cuts. It was incredibly inconvenient to not have access to a basic necessity like running water. This issue alone would have been enough to spoil my experience, but unfortunately, it was just the beginning. To compound the problem, the hotel had no power backup system in place. As a result, whenever the electricity failed, which was quite often, the entire hotel was left in complete darkness and disarray. It is astonishing that an establishment claiming to be a reputable hotel does not have a backup plan for such a basic utility. This lack of preparation severely impacted the overall comfort and safety of the guests. Furthermore, the staff and management at Hotel were shockingly arrogant and unhelpful. Instead of offering assistance and addressing our concerns, they seemed disinterested and dismissive. Their lack of empathy and professionalism only exacerbated the problems we were already facing. It is disheartening to witness such a poor level of customer service in an industry that relies heavily on guest satisfaction. The room conditions were equally appalling. The air conditioning unit in my room was malfunctioning, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment. Despite multiple requests, the hotel failed to rectify the situation, leaving me sweltering in the heat throughout my stay. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities like towels and soap was deeply frustrating. It is astonishing that a hotel cannot provide these essentials to its guests. Overall, my experience at M.R International Hotel was nothing short of a disaster. The water crisis, electricity issues, absence of power backup, arrogant staff and management, malfunctioning air conditioning, and failure to provide basic essentials all contributed to a thoroughly unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value your comfort and well-being. There are certainly far better options available that can provide a more satisfactory experience.

he is not a customer he is only jealous person to spoil business this kind of magazine writes 10 year old hotel still no complaint came but it is not enough hotel stuff was very good and service is also good hotel management was very good and hotel subhidha is also very nice and very good atmosphere was very good rooms and and service is so good water and electricity was good all service and hotel k works are also very helpful hai nice and lovely all person and atmosphere

Calm ambience, away from the crowded city area, lush greenery. Built asthetically with spacious rooms and all required amenities. Ample parking space, wide front space, fooding zone. Additional Covered dining an added feature A must opt place for social gathering and events.

The hotel is average, cleanliness to bhool hi jao, staff also very lazy and no proper management! Disappointed

I don't consider it as hotel. Taste of food is very bad. Cleaning and hygienic didn't maintained. Staff and receptionist didn't available throughout their duty period
