The hotel experience was deeply unsatisfactory due to several significant issues. Staff members demonstrated a lack of cooperation in addressing guest requests. Further impacting the stay, the receptionist displayed unprofessional and rude behavior. The quality of the food served was subpar and failed to meet expectations. Overall, the combined shortcomings led to a disappointing and regrettable visit.

I had a great stay at Hotel Surya International in Shahdol, But I suggest to bring your own towel, their towel quality is very bad , the cotton from the towel will spread to your entire body hairs and face , it's Very disgusting and embarrassing when you go out with hair's full of white traces of a towel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The tariff was reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality of the staff, who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.

Probably the best to stay in Shahdol. Complimentary breakfast was also very nice. The rooms and washroom are neat and clean. I would highly recommend those travelling with family/friends or for work. Their corporate packages are also very good.

We went for a family dinner and had a pleasant experience. The ambiance and hospitality were impressive. Despite the busy weekend crowd, the staff made efforts to arrange tables for everyone. The food was tasty and the portion sizes were worth the price. Service was decent, earning a rating of 3+. Overall, it's a good place to enjoy a family meal in the city.

UK business visiting team to Shahdol. Maintained to a high standard. Rooms clean. Safe and secure. Front desk really helpful. Great value for money. We stayed 3 nights and ate breakfast and lunches. Dinner next door at the bar as the hotel has a no alcohol except to the rooms policy.

The hotel is build and maintened like a super premium property of this city service ,restaurant ,food quality ,taste ,and quantity also is much superior in compare to the other hotel in this city overall every thing in this hotel is very good their Manager Purushottam and Hussain at the front dest are very helpful and all other staff are always available at our service..
