Very good staff and owner top hotel in shahdol

Wastage of money....... Very poor service and attitude of owner Mr Pathak was so bad. I think he very new in hotel business that's why they don't know how to handle staff and customer. No manners and aticates . Full hotel was vacant even in peak time of tourism. Just like horror movie.

Hotel rooms are very small, ac's are not working, fans do not work..no ventilation.We were here here and room was very small and conjusted and outside temperature was 40 (c) and ac was not working even no ventilation. At night no fans were working in the hall, no ac's were working even collers are not in good condition..But room service is good. people were nice.

Rooms are good for offic working couples rate are high. Wifi working, food,tea good quality. Bedsheet is not purely white but it's ok

This hotel is located in Pandav Nagar, Shahdol. The only con I find is that one need to climb a steep staircase to reach to the reception. This can be a challenge for some guest. But overallthe staffs are good and helful. Hotel provides minimum basic amenities required.

The rooms are not good very small. Poor ventilation and sunlight. There is no lift in the hotel it's entrance is on second floor. Poor room service, bathroom was not clean. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Television also do not work. It's far from railway station and bus stand. It's more like old-school lodge.

Hotel rooms are clean and cozy considering shahdol. It's a decent option for family stay too as the staff is helpful.

Very poor service infact rooms are very worst, worthless place I suggest nobody to come over here. Total wastage of money,
