Hotel Aman Palace

A hotel within the city, good parking facility, has a restaurant on the ground floor but doesn't offer items mentioned in the menu. Room is spacious

Very poor experience, we found a bug in the mashroom soup, mattresses are so poor in 108 109 room, 109 jet spray was not accessible to the toilet seat. Had pathetic stay.

We found insect in soup, very Bad taste of each and every food and high Price, suggestion for all do not trap

The roof service is worst. Called the room service 3 times,still didn't come. Mini fridges of the room Does "Not" work, The Room 210 doesn't neither a water boiler nor a normal fan inside the washroom,so you'll feel extremely sweaty inside the washroom in minutes.. lights of the rooms went out more 5 times in a single day. Atleast the air conditioners work but TV Doesn't, the TV of room 202 does work as of 21 Oct 2024. Employees are very slow and insincere.. don't go here... Not worth the money.

Hotel Aman Palace is one the best hotels in Shahdol. We were travelling from Gujarat and needed a place to stay. It was about 11 PM , and we got into the first hotel we saw there. The hotel was verg good, the price was decent , they served us dinner at 11: 30 PM (despite it being late) , the staff was respectful . The room was very spacious, the washrooms very very clean. Definitely recommend

The rooms were clean and spacious. The ambience of the hotel was friendly. The food was okay but the serving was a bit slow.
