We expected good services, but instead, the staff's behavior was extremely uncomfortable and rude. 1. Staff behavior: The assistance we expected from the staff was completely absent. Not only were we ignored, but on several occasions, we also faced rude language and behavior. This experience was unprofessional and tarnishes the resort's reputation. 2. Lack of amenities: We were informed that certain services would be available, but they were not provided on time, which affected our stay. We had hoped for a relaxing and pleasant experience, but these issues left us disappointed. We request that attention be given to this and that such behavior be improved in the future. You can now use this version for any communication in English.
