Graces Resort

Superb , I stay in many resorts, but it's really a great property and I am having a great experience too , a very calm place. After you enter this place you will not feel like you are near any city. It will feel like you are in the place of nature where you get everything that you want to feel to live in between nature. Must visit place.

I had an unfortunate experience during my stay at Grace's Resort. The entire property was booked for a wedding, and only 2-3 rooms were available for regular guests. When booking such a property, you expect a lively atmosphere, especially when traveling with kids, so they can enjoy the surroundings. However, due to the ongoing wedding, the resort felt almost deserted, with very few people around. Additionally, the indoor activities section was closed, which was a big letdown. At night, we were disturbed by the noise from the wedding guests, making it difficult to relax. Ideally, the resort should not offer bookings to regular guests when there's a wedding happening on-site, as it affects the overall experience. I would suggest better communication regarding the booking situation during such events to ensure a more comfortable stay for all guests.

although the property is very beautiful, however, the rooms are not maintained and clean. bathrooms are pathetic. the toileteries used here are very low quality. to my surprise there was conditioner filled in body lotion dispenser. the dispensers look very low quality and dirty. even the toothpaste was expiry.||the hotel really needs to focus on above issues on priority.

Resort is quite beautiful in the evening, I booked deluxe cottage which costs 5000 after discount but in the room bed is soo uncomfortable the spring of bed fills in sleeping, AC of room is worst even in the night, fridge in the room also not working at the time of check-in, in the bathroom moisturizer cream is empty, service is too slow for any services, no value for guest time, food is delicious but costly. Activity is almost unusable for children there is nothing special to enjoy. Over all property is good but need to improve in rooms and development for children.

Overall great experience staying at this resort. The rooms are good so is the food. Feel of property is amazing. We spend a day here.. There are many available games and activities which can be played here.. service is also good and staff is helpful and supportive.

Rooms were good, ambiance was pleasant, Pool was small as compare to rooms. Restaurant staff was dumb, everything ordered came back in ages... as the kitchen is 800meters away from main building. With such a huge property there is no sit out area, i had to drink inside my room as do at my home, so what is the point of going to resort where you dont have freedom Every activity was chargeble, like after a 6000 room who want to pay extra for jacuzzi & even for a ride

I visited this resort in October 2024 with my parents for celebrating my dad's birthday. Stayed overnight. One lunch , one dinner and breakfast (complimentary buffet) Mr Biswajit De - Manager F&B was so attentive and welcoming. Had decorated the room with plants, flowers for birthday which was a nice welcome. Watched movies in the clubhouse and played outdoor games. Food was amazing at all three instances. High quality ingredients and cooking methods. Would recommend to anyone looking for short retreat from Bhopal to relax and refresh.

Great property, visually pleasing aesthetics, well maintained. Room cleanliness could be a little better. Nice activities like ziplining and other games. The cloud restaurant is lovely for dates & celebrations.
