Crescent Resort Sehore

We booked 3 rooms for a day. Good location, Tasty food, helpful staff, maintained swimming pool, a hall for some activities like pool table, carrom, table tennis. A good space for cycling. A small open area for playing golf. Just to improve couple of thing, there are small cockroaches in rooms & bathroom and smells in rooms.

Nice place to stay, one of the best ambience with full of amenities in central India. I have attended a destination wedding here and enjoyed a lot with family. Overall great experience and people can think of this option for family outings.

Coming every year to stay in this resort. But this year I found it is degraded in terms of room cleanliness, staff behaviour. Even the common pool facility was also not provided timely. Till 9:00 am the staff is cleaning the pool and upon enquiring they are telling you have to wait for half an hour more. They have even stopped the complementary water park tickets from this year. Disappointed this year.

The restaurant had a warm and inviting ambiance, with traditional decor that enhanced the dining experience. The music was also a nice touch, setting a relaxed and enjoyable mood.

In my view, the Rooms are the best. The location is also good as you can easily pickup a bus from here as it is also a Stop for many bus services like Chartered bus, Neugo Bus etc,. But the food there is not as good as the hotel claims. So rent a room there but eat on your risk.

Room service took a lot of time, The Jacuzzi area had Pan masala stains in the corner of the room, the jacuzzi itself was not clean. But overall it was a nice place.

The ambience was quite luxurious with high maintenance. The vibes, setting, arrangement and the staff were in order. It was fun to enjoy a day and decoration to services provided a worth to money spent to the moments lived a enviornment full of safe and security with the family and friends

Lot of traffic noise in grand club room , our 3 year old daughter cannot sleep . i have asked the reception guy twice to provide other room which they have failed to provide and we are stuck now , had we known we wouldn't have booked it .poor management at the resort's end .
